Built at the start of the last century, the Sant Antoni reservoir is the largest freshwater area
in Catalonia (Spain). The reservoir stretches across five of the comarca’s (local district) municipalities
and irrigates a large part of the Conca de Tremp.
It is the ideal place for all types of water sports and visitors can also enjoy its
beaches and the calm of coves that are only accessible by boat. The large number of routes around the reservoir,
which can be covered on foot, by bicycle or in a four wheel drive vehicle, will enable visitors to discover new
places and impressive landscapes in this attractive area of the Catalan Pyrenean foothills.
