The parish church of Sant Joan Baptista (John the Baptist) at Vinaixa is a Romanesque-style building with a rectangular floor plan, single nave and semicircular apse. It is covered with by a pointed vault reinforced with sub-arches. It has a belfry and its monumental portal is, without doubt, its most notable element. The church has maintained a set of Romanesque paintings.
